Insomnia is the inability to sleep, or sleeping less than four hours per day although not by choice! there are three categories of Insomnia.
- Severe Insomnia characterised as sudden onset yet short-lasting
- Chronic Insomnia Is the more common form and may last several weeks
- Anxiety Insomnia This may be intermittent lasting three weeks to six months.
