Anger Management Therapy and Hypnotherapy
Anger may sometimes be justified but unless channelled into positive action to make things better, it can be a force of destruction, wrecking relationships, families, and careers. It doesn’t need to be like that though. Managing your emotions is a skill that you can learn, especially how to manage your anger effectively.
During Your Course of Therapy and Hypnotherapy for Anger
- You will learn to release Anger safely, reduce your stress and let go of resentments that you could do without.

- From the outset you will be given emergency strategies and tools to improve your immediate experience, we will create some positive beliefs and behaviours around anger, reducing stress and threat, releasing stored anger safely, raising your awareness and tolerance and resolving conflict.
Things can start to improve from your very first appointment and after a series of 3 to 5 appointments and with your full co operation in the process, you can expect to find that you have all the necessary skills to effectively master your Anger and create a real difference to your daily life.
Please Note:Some people are angry in direct response to a circumstance or event or series of events in their lives. Others have acquired a default position of anger as a form of self defence, to protect themselves from the realties of life and there can be a number of other roles that anger serves to fulfil in a persons life. The way in which anger is part of your life experience will affect effect your treatment. Typically, when anger is a deeply ingrained default response, the learning curve is greater and you need to expect to be pro active in embracing the techniques you are taught.
If your anger boils over after alcohol or drugs then those issues will also need to be addressed for maximum benefit.
Important Your aggressive behaviour during therapy sessions is not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of therapy. Costs will apply.
