A Problem Gambling habit is one you can change, the  nature and complexity  of  your  gambling behaviour , your reasons, motivation and willingness to get your rewards from different sources will influence your progression but the use of creative visualisation techniques,  stress management skills, achievable targets and progress checks can make that process easier for you.

You will need to commit to a monthly or three month support plan. It all begins though with your first assessment appointment costing £70.  Each month of Coaching includes 4 appointments of 45 minutes each at weekly intervals and support materials.
